We have 3 membership options to fit your needs. The pool rotates both lifeguarded hours and attendant only hours. Check the calendar on days you prefer to have life guards on duty during your swim time. We always have a pool attendant on duty and offer light concessions available for purchase.
The pool has 1 lap lane available for use during all operating hours. There are no reservations required and will be shared with other lap swimmers.

Member Benefits

All memberships come with a set of guest passes to be used throughout the season. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $5 each or 10 for $30. All guests must check in at the front desk. A maximum of 6 guest passes can be used per visit and each guest may only be a guest 5 visits per summer. An adult member must be present with their guest during the entire visit. Swimmers under the age of 1 do not need a guest pass. Additional passes can be purchased with cash, check or Venmo at the pool.

All Family Memberships include a babysitter pass. This may be used by any 16+ year old non-member accompanying child members to the pool without the adult members present. Multiple babysitters may be used by a family over the summer, but only one babysitter may accompany the family at a time.

All Family Memberships receive a $100 discount per swimmer on swim team registration. Couple Memberships also receive a single $100 discount if the registered swimmer is listed as the second member. The discount does not apply to an Individual Membership.

Refund Policy
Parkwood Swim Club Refund Policy
Full refunds may be requested up to the first day the swim club is open for the season and should be made in writing to parkwoodswimclubnc@gmail.com.
After the swim club has opened, partial refunds may be requested prior to June 15 in writing to parkwoodswimclubnc@gmail.com.. Partial refunds will be granted at the discretion of the board of directors.
The reason for the request should be clearly stated.
The board will review the request and respond with a decision within 7 days.
No refunds will be given after June 15 for any reason - including pool closures due to any cause.
In the event the pool closes down due to any reason prior to June 15th out of the control of the board and members, refunds will be given on an as available amount. By becoming a member, you are agreeing that a full or prorated refund cannot be given for closures due to, but not limited to, damage caused by weather, vandalism, age of facilities, acts of God, etc.
